NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Clerk of the Town of Wickenburg will accept sealed bids until 10:00 A.M., TUESDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2006 at Wickenburg Town Hall, Town of Wickenburg, 155 N. Tegner Street, Suite A, Wickenburg, Arizona, 85390 for WELL DRILLING, INSTALLATION AND ABANDONMENT FOR SOLS WASH WELL RELOCATION PROJECT. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud, at the same address. A PRE-BID CONFERENCE HAS BEEN SCHEDULED FOR FRIDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2006 AT 10:00 A.M. AT WICKENBURG TOWN HALL (ADDRESS ABOVE).

Complete specifications and bidding documents may be obtained from Donna Riffel, Town Clerk at the above address or by calling (928) 668-0517 or by calling Deputy Town Clerk, Donna Ables at (928) 668-0518 for a non-refundable fee of $10.00 (ten dollars).

A certified check or bid bond conforming to A.R.S. §34-201 for not less than ten percent (10%) of the proposal made payable to the Town of Wickenburg shall be submitted with each bid, as a guarantee the bidder will sign the contract if awarded to him/her. Said bid bonds must be executed solely by a Surety Company or companies holding a Certificate of Authority to transact surety business in Arizona, issued by the Director of the State Department of Insurance. A copy of the Certificate of Authority shall be included with the bid bond. The Council of the Town of Wickenburg reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept any bid deemed by them to be in the best interest of the Town of Wickenburg. No bid may be withdrawn until thirty (30) days have elapsed after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.

Performance bond 100% of the contract price

Labor and Material bond 100% of the contract price

Bids must be clearly marked on the outside of a sealed envelope with bidder’s name, company name, full address and the following: “SEALED BID FOR BID #B454: WELL DRILLING, INSTALLATION AND ABANDONMENT FOR SOLS WASH WELL RELOCATION PROJECT.”
