In the Land category, last year, 137 of the 207 parcels sold were $100,000 or Less!  A large group of them were in outlying areas, like Whispering Ranch and Forepaugh. But it also included the lots in Pleasant Valley, which is the subdivision behind the NAPA, with small ¼ acre lots.

The rapid rise in land costs has obviously slowed the Land Rush. This years figures of 39 total parcels of land sold, only had 9 pieces under $100,000, with the lion share of 23 parcels selling between $101,000 and $300,000.
