Fatality on 93

Wickenburg, AZ:11/4/08. A single vehicle crash took the life of Postal Worker B. Smith. This was a one vehicle collision with one fatality, that occurred about 1:04 PM today, on US93, near Milepost 196 (north of Vulture Mine Road).  A jeep passenger vehicle was traveling northbound when the driver lost control of the vehicle for an unknown reason and caused it to travel off the right side of the roadway and roll over.

Additionally, a "witness reported" it appeared the Jeep may have been "avoiding another vehicle" and drove off the roadway.  The investigation is continuing.

Mrs. Smith was very loved by many  in and around Wickenburg and a fund is being established to help her family. Our thoughts and prays are with them.
